Back when we were doing prelines for SB in Orange County, Kevin hit us up and said the next day they had the Pink Motel permitted for a photo shoot with Lance. Mom 'n Dad!
My parents got into town on Saturday morning and since they’re awesome we got straight to working around the house. Yard work, found some sprinklers, added some new features in, took apart the hottub…it was sweet. Some photos will go up in the next couple days but it’s been great to have them here!

Denver Airport Murals, or Cross Terminal Craze.
Ever hear about these murals in Denver’s airport? They are pretty insane. Regardless of what the symbolism means either to the casual viewer or those with inside knowledge, they’re pretty fucking crazy looking. Here’s a couple links with pics.

Went to the warehouse to skate last night, Mini Greek shot a bunch of photos, it was fun. Got a Cardiel Anti Hero board and after a streak of creaky Krooked boards it was really good, so that’s what we call ‘awesome’ in the industry. I never b/s flipped the steppy at Nike before, and the one I made was sketchy but the photo looks sick so I’m hyped.

Mark Ryden - The Tree Show
We lucked out and got to go to L.A. to check out Mark Ryden’s show right before it ended. It was amazing to say the least, not only his technical skills but the blends of bizzaro images and alchemical and secret knowledge hints all over the place. Guy just got married, these couple photos below are from his bachelor party weekend. He came up to hang out with Marc, Mike and I in PDX, which was tight. There was some beers, video games, bike riding and chillin.’ Good shit, can’t wait ‘til that guy moves up here.

Next day we hit up S.D. Got to go see Jay and Alyasha at 5 and a Dime, ate a giant burrito and got tattooed. It was good to see the bros, Jay’s shop is doing really well plus he always has the new Flying Coffin shit which is in my humble opinion TOTALLY AWESOME. I got some other bitchin’ T shirts too, because I really don’t have enough T shirts. SIKE!
